Use a lubricant. Also, if you're tensed, just relax. Picture everything that is going on around you and just let your legs and body fall back on the bed and become relaxed. There's no need to be afraid, which is partially why you get so tensed. Just let your body lay there and let whatever is going to happen, happen. Trust me. Just open your legs wide enough so he can get in there and then just relax yourself enough to let it happen. And definitely use lube, it makes it way easier for it to go inside you.
