well if you have like weed and coke separated into different bags or whatever they will charge you with possesion with intent to sell but id its not a ton and its all in one or two bags you might not be charged with being a drug dealer..it really depends on the cop and the judge.

You have to actually be selling the pot to be a dealer. Otherwise, you're just carrying. (And it doesn't matter the amount, they'll bust you.)
