Vaginal itching usually indicates an infection of some type. The first thing I always think of with itching is a yeast infection, which can be treated with some medicine from the store. There is no guarantee, however, that it is that. I think there are simple test kits at the store too to test it yourself, but to be sure you would have to go to the doctor and have them check it.
