where do you find inspiration for writing songs??
I am a song writer and i want to know where you get inspiration for writing songs or where i can find mine, im stuck , i cant find a theme to write about , help????

I agree, I when I write I usually get inspired because of my past, or what is currently happening. Occasionally, things that happen to people who are close to me are also inspiring. What are some things that mean a lot to you? Things that can get you extremely happy, deeply sad, and so on? Hope I helped!

When i used to write it seemed like the only thing that made sense to write was things that had happened or were happening to me. Its easy to put exactly what your feeling into a song. When i get mad or sad i write because thats when all of your emotions come out. Im not sure if this will work for you but give it a try!

Well, it would help to know the genre you make. Anyway, write about some event in your life, but make a twist. That's where I get my inspiration from. I wasn't much help, but I hope at least one song comes from using this 'method.' Hope you get famous and cough*acknowlage me*cough......
