okay so i live in Hampstead MD, 21074. and i really want to get a tattoo. my mom is completely chill with it and is going to sign any papers for me to get it done. only thing is, i need a place that will tattoo on 15 year olds. my friend said people with PA licenses will, but idk any parlors around here with PA licenses. soo any places in MD or PA that would tattoo on a 15 year old who has parental consent is greatly appreciated! THANKS :D

You should try your local flee market. its going to kinda hard most of those shops are low key
