i have alot of quotes :] and i think i may have some that will help you..

- Though you may be under a dark tree, always look for the light shining through the branches.

- Fall seven times, stand up eight. : Japanese proverb

- Remember sadness is always temporary. This, too, shall pass. : Chuck T. Falcon

- The purpose of life is not to be happy but to matter, to be productive, to be useful, to have it make some difference that you have lived at all. : Leo Rosten

- It is never too late to be who you might have been. : George Eliot

- Come to the edge. We might fall. Come to the edge. It's too high! Come to the edge! And they came, and he pushed, and they flew. : Christopher Logue

- Life is a big canvas, throw all the paint on it you can. : Danny Kaye

- what lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. : walt emerson

- the steeper the mountain, the harder the climb, the better the view from the finishing line.

- you were not born a winner and you were not born a loser. you are what you make yourself be. : Lou Holtz

- when you come to the edge of the light you know, and are able to step off into the darkness of the unkown, faith is knowing one of two things will happen: there will be something solid to stand on or you will learn how to fly. [barbara j winter]

- you dont drown by falling in water. you drown by staying there.

- if you find yourself in a hole, the first thing to do is stop digging. : will rogers

but my advice for you is to start writing.. write in a journal about how you feel.. or write a story. maybe even start drawing or do something you like to do ? maybe running with some music on to clear your head. or blast your music.. but only happy music, no depressing music. force yourself to go out and hang with friends and youll start to feel better as you include yourself more. talk to people about how you feel.. maybe see a counselor, because seeing on doesnt make you crazy or "sick" it makes you brave and strong. paint. cry. scream. let it out. but you WILL be happy. you just have to want to be badly enough.
if you need anything else, even to talk, just inbox me, im always here. good luck ! and smile :] xxo.
