My cat is very angry, I think... So, we have two cats; a kitten and a 5 year old. We also have a puppy. The 5 year old, who we got the same time as the kitten, in September of 2009, is not a very happy cat. He makes a lot of loud noises, doesn't get along with the other animals, and poops on the floor. He gets along with me just fine! I'm wondering if he's sick, because he 'screams' at absolutely nothing; however my parents have the belief that cats don't get sick (ever).
Is there anything I can do to make him more comfortable in his new home, to help him calm down? My mom says we might have to give him back, and I really don't want to.

Theres a number of things that could be the problem. First off I think that you should bring your cat to the vet, he could be sick, or have a fracture in one of his bones or something. Second of all, try spending more time with your cat, he could just need alot of attention, especially because you have other animals.
Good luck!! I hope everything works out for you :-) ]
I definitely would bring the cat to the vet and get a check up. I had a cat that screamed/cried like that and she had a bacterial infection that they had to treat with a shot and pills. She got better and never did that again. And this was a cat that was always kept in the house. So cats DO get sick and need to see the doctor sometimes. Good luck. ]
