16/f i am 5' 1 and weigh about 120 or 125 lbs. i never feel like i have energy. i eat alot of breads and such so i know im getting enough carbs in my diet. what can i do to have more energy?

Everyone assumes that exercising can only help you lose weight,BUT it also actually boosts your energy level and can make you feel 100x better! (:
If the exercising doesnt help out i would reccomend taking vitamins,such as vitamin d. You should probably talk to your doctor first though.
