Hi well i read you're advice column and you seem to give really good advice. I'm a 14 year old girl and i really want a boyfriend. There's someone that i really like and i think have a good chance with. I've used loads of tips and i'm starting to look really nice. I went to my hairdressers and she put in some highlights. They are AWFUL. It looks like she's tried to dye my hair a disgusting blonde but missed lots of places. I have school next week and i was ready to look great for him but now ive got these and i dont know what to do.
HELP!!!
Thanks, Jazz xx
Something to remember about trying to snag a guy is that CONFIDENCE is a must. It drives guys crazy when a girl knows what she wants and flaunts it. You cant be insecure around a guy or that will just turn them off and they wont be interested. Another thing to remember, and this includes pretty much everyone in the world,is that we all want what we cant have. Now im not telling you that you have to play hard to get..but dont throw yourself at him,ya know? Let him know that you like him and if he wants it hes going to have to work for it (: As far as your hair goes it doesnt sound too much of a problem. I would reccomend going back to the hair salon and explaining to her your problem with your hair and i would ask her about different styles. Dont settle for just anything..afterall you are the one thats paying her and you deserve what you pay for. Maybe you could get an all over color? Like a dark brown? or a light blonde?
Just know that whatever happens with this guy was meant to be...if it works out for you then im very happy for ya..but remember,if it doesnt, its not the end of the world. I guarentee that youre a very pretty girl and there are plenty of other fish in the sea.
