Unfortunately, I can just about guarantee you that theres no way you can get his cell number, but you can look for him on twitter and join fan groups on facebook. Celebs check that sometimes. Also, check on youtube for an official username of his, kind of like how miley cyrus and selina gomez have their own, you can comment on his videos and he will see that. Good luck!!!
ps get concert tickets, then you may be able to see him somehow :-)
