Let's see if I can word this correctly so that it makes sense, and of coarse I want to know how I help. Every girl has different turn on's and different ways it will help. I actually found that using the faucet is much more pleasure than the actual shower head. If you want to try the shower head, use the jets and make sure they are gentle, you don't have to stand, you actually can stand if you want I have stood and lied in tub - if you have that kind of shower, that is. Being a girl - I'm guessing you are - you should know what and where your clit is. Make it so that one of the jets or the jet hits your clit. You won't won't want it too hot, but I tend to like it warm. If you use the faucet then you can just lie down and position yourself so that your clit gets hit by the stream and if it feels good that it is working.
