Growing Hair

I have about mediums length wavy hair right now, i use a straightener most days, but some days i wear my hair curly. My hair is pretty healthy compared to most of my friends who straighten it as much as me...but i am trying to grow my hair out and it grows so slow!! is there any products or anything to make it grow faster?

alot of protains. Penutbutter and Chicken. drink alot of water and sleep more.. :)
