AdviceMistress answered Monday December 14 2009, 12:48 pm:
Well for years I've tried to lose weight...but what I find to help me lose weight is what I do in my daily activites. First I walk a lot or even dance alot..excercise and staying actively is a huge part of losing weight. Next I watch my portions of food I try not to eat too much and drink plenty of water. Ever since I gave up soda and junk food I have lost a ton of weight. I feel very active and have lost a significant amount of weight. Finally don't go crazy with losing weight it will happen just workout everyday and eat healthy and you should be fine!
Hope I helped and Happy Holidays! :)
