I have an IPod nano and my sister as one too. So anyways she put a video on her's and she was gonna tell me how to do it but she forgot how she did her's LOL
So i was wondering how do I get a video on my IPod nano?

all you do is...
plug your ipod into iTunes and it appears.
at the top of your iPod page there is categories such as Music, Videos, Photos, ect...
Click on videos and there will be a sync videos check box.
You have to add the video on your computer to iTunes. you may have to check the video too. After that just click sync and it should work

The video needs to be in iPod video format, extention .mp4.
I don't remember off the top of my head right now, but if you know where the location of the video file is on your computer, then in iTunes add it like you do songs, just go to the "Movies" underneath where it says "Library" on the left side of the iTunes. Then go up to "File" then "Add File to Library" and go search for the movie file to be added. I think that's how it goes.
