What do you call it when you cringe and physically feel weird after someone
...scratches on a blackboard?
Or...
-goes down a metal slide at the park in "swishy pants"
-scratches their fingers on a binder
-the sound when you open/close a zipper'
omg those make me cringe so much! just thinking about it makes me a bit umconfortable lol
why does it happen and does it happen to you too?

I have something similar, I cringe when I hear metal scraping against metal. It's just your brain's reaction to the sound, it's normal.
