What does down to earth mean?

Like when someone says your so down to earth

yeah its a good thing, it means like your real. your not fake and your chill, so to speak. you dont have your head up in the clouds.

It means that you're easy to approach or easy to talk to. You're not all about yourself or about drama. Its a good thing to be down to earth.
