I have no idea if you can combine the ingredients, as long as you're not allergic to any of it. It's a good thing you're kind of diluting the citrus fruit juice by adding all the other ingredients because that alone would be too harsh on your skin. It's not really necessary to have both lemon juice and citrus fruit juice at the same time.
I don't know a lot about exfoliating masks, but I thought masks are usually for moisturizing? Because if you exfoliate your face, you usually scrub and wash it off right after.
I would probably recommend first exfoliating your face first to get dead skin cells off, then moisturize the next layer of skin that stayed.
Exfoliating would be good with sugar or sea salt. Again, they have the same effect basically.
Moisturizing would be good with honey and ground oatmeal.
Not sure what the effects of cinnamon or ground nutmeg would be.
