Question Posted Wednesday November 18 2009, 3:57 pm
I'm going to a college in the fall (Miami of Ohio) where the majority of people are white middle class. I like it a lot but I've heard it's got a pretty big greek life. most of the people that aren't in a frat/sorority join things like student government and other things. I really want to rush a sorority, but I want to get into a good one or not be in one at all. but I don't know anything about it. how do I make myself an asset to the sorority?
I'm really funny (class clown in my senior yearbook), I'm smart (5th in my class of 239, 4.55 GPA), & I'm usually up for a good time. how do I present myself so that the sororities want me? I've heard from people that go there which ones are considered "good" & which ones are kind of lame.
um, please no one judge me about this & if you're just going to tell me it doesn't matter what I get in or sororities are stupid. I'm looking for some real advice & maybe first hand experience. hopefully someone understands me :]
Okay for starter go girl....
anyway down to business im not going to tell
you what you want to hear and what you don't need to hear...so my best bet is for you to go visit the school and check out the sorority...if you already have and did or did not check out the sorority then you should get information before rushing so you know that is just the one that you want to rush in...just be on the safe side so you don't regret it....
