how much would i lose if i jog 54 miles a week for 4 weeks...i weight 133 and i am 5'1 (14yr old girl)

Maybe give some free advice about: Sports? hitler_the_goat answered Tuesday November 17 2009, 1:26 am: what the hell are you eating? jet fuel? even when I was in top shape I could only manage 25 a week. whats your pace? thats kind of important. if you're moving that much, get some moleskin for your blisters. anywho, you're going to lose weight only if you watch what you eat while you're doing it. but given this baseline and that ridiculous ass amount of running, you're going to lose every ounce of weight not associated with running... four weeks won't change anything in the long run though, if you survive, maintain it over the course of several months. physical activity is only a portion of the job, so stay hydrated, eat lots of fish, and a hell of a lot of carbohydrates. don't forget your vitamin intake, or you'll die.

mossett answered Monday November 16 2009, 10:17 pm: it really depends from person to person. none the less I think if you are motivated to do it, ~7mi a week would be incredible and I'm sure you would loose weight if not at least become healthier.
it also is going to depend on your diet. eating right really does work. Also, only eat when your STOMACH tells you you're hungry, not your brain.
It is really unhealthy to loose a lot of weight within a short amount of time. your body needs to adjust. if you loose 10lbs in 1 week, you're gonna put at least half of that back on.
people usually say 2-4lbs/week is what to expect if you eat right and exercise.
