There are creams and remedies out there but they don't really work. Some of the creams have bleach in them, which will make the freckles lighter, but will also affect the surrounding areas of skin, making you look really blotchy.
Laser treatments are expensive and can have bad side effects.
For right now I would wear spf over your freckles every day and keep your face out of the sun. That will let them fade naturally and keep new ones from forming. It may not make them dissapear but you will see a difference.
I have a ton of freckles and the make up I wear lets them sort of blend in and not stand out. You can work with make up to lessen the contrast of freckles if you want. You can completely cover them with the right type of make up.
I know you don't like them now, but look at how unique they make you. I've learned to love my freckles (I have a lot, too) and I realize my face would be really bland without them. They've even been a conversation starter for me.
Just try to appreciate your body, and see how bad you could have it.
