dancing for dummies?
I need to learn how to dance... BADLY! There is a school dance coming up and I no longer want to stupidly stand around while everyone else has a good time. I found the book dancing for dummies in my school library, but can you really learn how to dance from a book? I mean did anyone YOU know ever learn to dance from a book? Thank you!

just move your hips around and loosen up. watch how other people dance, and look up dancing on youtube:) everyone can dance you just have to loosen up and be confident. trust me i used to be so stiff and nervous about dancing and now lots of guys wanna dance with me.

I don't know anyone who has learned to dance from a book personally but i think your best option is to read the book and see what it's in it if the information doesn't help you i'd ask your family or friends for a few pointers on dancing hopefully one of them will be able to teach you
if not then you should try taking dance classes those usually help :)
