I got this phone around August, maybe July. This phone is absolute crap! IT SUCKS. If any of you have this phone too and the same problem let me know and let me know if verizon has fixed it or has sent a replacement.
My phone randomly shuts off. Sometimes when im recieving a call! it's redicilous. I'm getting sick of it... this happens maybe 2 times a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. And sometimes when it shuts off and i turn it back on, MY WHOLE ENTIRE PHONE IS RESET. All my settings are put back to default! IM GETTING SICK OF CHANGING EVERYTHING BACK. It's so annoying! I saw that people had the same problems on phone review sites but they just returned it withen the 14 day period, im way over it. Any suggestions?

If that doesn't work, take it back to the Verizon store & explain what its doing. Mine didn't seem to be holding a charge and after a few adjustments, I was told if that didn't help, bring it back & they would ship me a new phone. Mine phone is over 14 days old. I DID however, spend the extra 5 bucks for insurance. Don't know if that is why they were so quick to offer a new one or not. I know they are always very helpful. Otherwise just get a different phone? Isn't much you can do about it. [ modelkate11's advice column | Ask modelkate11 A Question ]
