my boyfriend is 20 and I'm 16, what are the laws about this in idaho? also what if he got me pregnant?

He can be charged with statutory rape if he has any sexual contact with you.

At sixteen in Idaho, you are able to consent to sexual activity with anyone up to the age of 18. Over 18, and it's legally considered rape.

If they two of you get pregnant togeather, that is not only illegal and they are very happy and ready to charge people in Idaho, it's also amazingly irresponsible and careless.
