Does MSM promote faster hair growth?
Question Posted Thursday November 5 2009, 8:58 pm

I have heard that MSM promotes faster hair growth but I don't really know and I don't want to try it if someone else hasn't already had good results with it.

If you have any experience, could you share it with me please?

Thanks!

Peeps answered Tuesday November 10 2009, 4:19 am:
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) does help to improve hair growth and overall condition as well as improve nail and skin appearance. I used it in a powder form and took a small bit each day to help grow my nails longer as well as strengthen my hair. It helps to make cells healthier, along with more flexible cellular walls, and many athletes use it, claiming that there is not soreness in their muscles after working out.

The claims of MSM is that it enhances the absorption of nutrients and oxygen as well as purging the toxins within cells. As I said, it helps to make the cellular walls more flexible and when sulfur is in short supply the cell walls can harden, causing a multitude of health problems.

Definitely give it a shot! Make sure you use it as directed and take your daily multivitamin along with it to improve your overall health and appearance.
