What does it mean if you have white peices in your poo and it floats? Dr. Oz listed it as something you should get checked out but I don't want to over react. Than again I don't want to be too late. I heard it was the fat that makes your poo white but the gas that makes it float. So why does it matter? And what should I do? If i go to the doctor what do i say??? "Hey doc my poop floats what does it mean???" My doctor is ALWAYS VERY busy and I end up going to an intern at her clinic, so I do not know the doctor very well and he does not know me... WHat should I DO!

Seeing an intern is not a big deal. He/she will have your medical information in your chart. There is nothing wrong with telling him/her just as you did here!
