I'm 16 years old and I'm female.
My best friend introduced me to this really cute guy and I think I might like him. But the thing is, he's hooked up a few times and I've never kissed anyone. I'm afraid that if something happens between us and he tries kissing me, I'll look stupid and not know what to do. help please !

SWEETXLOVE answered Tuesday November 3 2009, 9:35 pm: hey sweetie:) first, you need to calm down! i know how you're feeling. everyone feels like this the first time their about to kiss someone who is more experienced than them. bascially, you can't mess up just kissing someone! now if you're talking about making out, thats a different story. there's really no way to tell you how to make out with someone, it just happens! i remember the first time i made out with a guy .. he was three years older than me. i was a nervous wreck. before i knew it, it was all over and done with and i didn't even think about anything that people had told me about making out. i don't know if your talking about just kissing or making out! but for a peck kiss, it's just like kissing your mom or dad! nothing too hard about that right? now if your talking about an "open mouth" kiss all you had to do is basically suck on his lower lip a little bit, don't be a leech but enough for him to love it ;) you COULD always tell him that you've never kiss anyone before, and he could teach you! honestly, i'm sure he wouldn't care! he'd probably love teaching you .. that way he doesn't have to be worried if you think he's a bad kisser or not because it's your first time! see where i'm getting at? it's all up to you. i hope this helps, if not .. inbox me again! good luck, you'll be alright :) ♥ LU [ SWEETXLOVE's advice column | Ask SWEETXLOVE A Question ]
