I've searched countlessly online and in books for being confident, and building self-esteem including best sellers and whatnot. But honestly, none of them have ever had a lasting effect. I'm hardly ever happy with who I am -- with my personality, my appearance, my character, or my relationship with others. It honestly feels like being dislike me wherever I go. I never seem to fit in, and I'm never good enough for anyone.

This might seem weird because you might have to put yourself out there or be expossed to new people or even have a hard time. But the accomplistment you feel afterwards when you succeed is pretty awesome. So there are many things that quilify. You can try bowling, some craft like activities, trying a new restaurant is always fun too, you can even dress nicely and go to Nordstrum to get samples. It doens't matter.
You might discover yourself when you put yourself in new situations. You might learn a new hobby or something you absolutly hate. I think that might help.

I get In A Relaxed Position And I Close My Eyes And Take Deep Breaths. ((Make Sure Everything Is Quit)) Then I Say To Myself "I Am Beautiful, I Am COnfident, NO ONE Can Bring ME Down" Try DOing That. I Think It WOrks!! DO This For About 5 Minute Everyday, ANd Then Go Lok In The Mirror And Say The Same Words. And Then Pick Out Things You Like ABout Yourself!! It May SOund STupid But It Actualy DOes Work [ TheRandomJuggalette's advice column | Ask TheRandomJuggalette A Question ]
