best arm workout

I'm fourteen and i have really small arms I was wondering what work outs I should do to make them bigger because I do work out but I don't seem to be getting any bigger

if you want bigger arms as in muscle then start lifting weights, start at a lightweight then keep increasing it as you get better.

If you weight train to early is can stop you growth. So go easy do curl ups and push ups every other day.
