Also as far as flirting goes, don't rush in to the touchy touchy stuff too soon. start with tapping his arm or light pushes when you guys are joking around. This is called breaking the touch barrier, it makes him much more comfortable with your touch. Then you can move into the next stage. this could be walking with your bodies almost touching. if he keeps trying to move away then you need to slow down. if he stays touching you then that means you can move into the next stage. this is hugging. its pretty simple just ask for a hug. be the first to move away during, and don't let it drag out for too long. A good thing i do is 1/3 times in the hallway, just gaze past him. don't look. it drives guys crazy, and makes them wonder why you aren't looking at them. its pretty likely that after that he'll start trying to catch you eye in the hallway. if you see him looking at you look over at him once at his eyes for 3 seconds, smile slightly and look away. it makes you look like you have something better to do and most of the time it will make him want you more because you seem so interesting and he wants to know what your busy with all the time.
