i herd that when you have your period and you eat alot of sugary foods like chocolate and lollies etc you dont gain weight is that ture?if so why is that?
If you eat a lot of sweets or sugary food you gain weight. It doesn't matter when you eat it. It WILL NOT magically disappear when your period is over.
Some woman may crave sweets while on their period.
If they give in and pig out, they will gain weight, and it will stay until it is exercised away and/or
they learn not to give in to the cravings.

I think this is part of your menstrural process. The wieght isn't permanent, so it goes away after a certain period of time which could be after their period, or close to the end, or anytime depending on the person. So to answer your question, you do gain weight when you eat a lot during your period, but it ends up going away at the end or whatever.
