Camera help?

Hey hope you guys can help thank you so much :)

Alright well I lost pictures on my camera right so I used an online program to get them back and I did. The next day I went to take some pictures and my camera could hold 400 at the start and in the end after I used that online program something happened and I could only take 8 pictures. Can I some how fix this problem? please help :(

maybe the site changed the photo compression settings on your camera. Depending on your memory card, the amount of photos it can hold is based on a 3megapixel setting. Most cameras these days go much higher like at least 5-7. (megapixels means how BIG the picture actually is-like if you print it out, how big the print can be before it starts to get blurry) You usually don't need more than like 5megapixels unless you're making a poster.
