I am 18/f and i'm not like super thin...but i would deffinatly be considered skinny. However, i have a ton of belly fat. My stomach is not flat AT ALL and it almost looks like i am pregnant. How can I eliminate that fat quickly? Are there certain foods I should avoid or foods that are helpful to eat?
Thanks so much!

I always like to do push ups cause it helps build your arms and also when you do several of them your stomach is sore. And if it is sore the next 2 days then you know you did a good workout. If you are not sore the next day or only one day then you didn't workout hard enough. Avoiding foods will not help your situation. Any food rather its fast food, home cooked meals will do the same no matter what. I have even seen vegatians have this problem if that tells you anything. JustJessOx answered Wednesday October 7 2009, 12:48 pm: hey there,
i think i know what you mean im not totally skinny but ive got curves, like hips or love handles and a small "pot" belly as people sometimes call it,i like my figure but like you i wanted to get rid of the fat or tone up.
so usually i just do sit ups they really help tone up your tummy and theres laods of other exercises
then of course you have the gym option where i live you can pay as you go so you dont have to fork out a huge like 500 fee and they have plenty of ab tonning machines.
as for food as long as your getting a balance of nutrients and avoiding foods high in saturated fat and sugar etc then you should be fine :)
