just telling him that you want him, is enough for him to run to you as fast as he can. a big turn on for guys, is knowing that you want them. it sounds cocky, but they cant help it, its just how they are. try something like..."i want you so bad!" and, you dont have to act skanky about it, if you want it to be more cute, you can try a cute smiley face at the end, or if you want sexy, you can text him..."i wish you were here...." and then put a winky smily face. he'll know what the dot dot dot means...lol

It probably depends more on what he is into than anything. If you are already having sex, you probably have a good idea of what gets him off,and the same goes for if you are just messing around. Feel free to give me a little bit more of a background of the situation so I can tell you what I think would work from a guy's perspective!
After reading some more info on the situation, I would say that probably just sending him a text the next time you are going partyin saying like "I hope you have some partyin left for just me and you next time;-)" or something along those lines would probably work. Believe it or not, alot of guys can be pretty dense when not being sure if a girl wants to have sex, so it helps to just be direct. Once you get that first time outta the way, it's a whole lot easier. Good luck!
