When I try to let my fingernails grow out they always break and then they look really awful and uneven. I hate it. I am a cashier and I think that is part of the problem because they always seem to start breaking at work when I'm lifting lots of bags, cases of pepsi, or something around those lines. Is there any way I can strengthen my nails so that they don't break or have much less breakage? I want to have nice, long, beautiful nails but they always end up looking damaged. Is there something I can take, eat, or apply?

But if you go to walmart, or a supercenter around your area, go to the vitamin section!
I always get the little kids dinosaurs, and it helps tremendously!

I have weak nail, I didn't eat all my jelly obviously so I use a product called HARD AS NAILS you buy it from the chemist it's like clear nail polish this is a strong coating to harden them up This is good for strengthening fingernails. Hope this helps Good luck [ Daintree's advice column | Ask Daintree A Question ]
