WHO IS THIS COMEDIAN?!

I can't remember the guys name but he had a special on comedy central presents! He was jewish and he would make fun of himself saying "so my last name is jewyjewhebrewsburg.." at least it isn't "smallpenisbignose-something-something(can't remember the rest) XD Also another joke was he was doing an attempt of a ghetto accent saying "Bible drops march 15 yo! check it out" Any ways he was amazingly funny and i've looked all over youtube and google to find him. But i cant. So i need your help, anyone know who this guy is? i'll love you forever,really.

sorry mangy mama, thats not him :P. for the effort i shall 5 you, but i wanted people to know that wasn't it- This guy is neon white, he looks kind of nerdish, man i'm totally lost as to what his name was! Anyways thanks to all who help with this !.
