i need mortgage and rental advice

Question Posted Tuesday September 8 2009, 3:23 pm

I have rented my house out without my morgage providers permission as I did not know I needed it. I have now applied to them for permission but have read on my terms there are restrictions for a second home. I am renting myself I also have £60,000 equaity in my home and really worried what is the worse that could happen if they decline as this is only for 6 months

I see this has gone unanswered for several days, and I sure wish I could give you the advice you seek.

The only thing I can suggest is to go in to speak to a mortgage provider for advice. Doesn't have to be your own, if you want to be discreet.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you.
Best of luck
