black spots on vaginal mound

Question Posted Thursday September 3 2009, 9:51 pm

just to let everyone know that i dont wax or shave or anything, i just trim my pubic hair on my vaginal mound.
well, i have these black bumps, i had one.. and then 2 appeared. but anyways, they are like from my pores or something and there is always a hair in the middle of it. so when i peel it off or just rub it, it comes off, there is a hair in it. its so strange. i've had it for a while now. and everytime it appeared i'd just rub it off like usual. today i did the same, and i've sorta got an opened wound now. like its red in the middle, its not bleeding.. i think its my flesh!? sorry to freak you out, if u are freaked out! i dont know why i have this.
i havent been sexually active for over 10 months now! and i didnt have any issues before when i was sexually active.

please dont say go to the gynecologist or something. coz i wont. its a little embarrassing, and i'd like to at least know now what is up with me and whats going wrong, at least an idea so i wont be embarrassed and freaked out over my own self.

thank you in advance! :)

okay hun...i've had the same things. i freaked out at first, but all of these things that you've described are just ingrown hairs. There from trimming your pubic hair. It's quiet normal to ask questions like these, so don't feel imbarressed. I hope i helped.
