does constantly being unhappy and lovesick increase the chance of having a heartattack or something?
cause for example when i'm lovesick i still have the butterflies in my stomach and my heart racing but not in a happy/jumpy way but in a painful way. and it's really getting to me because whatever i do, i cant get rid of it. sports sometimes help but only for an hour or so.

It is probably taking a toll on your physical and mental health. What you need to do (even though I know it is hard) is to find something fun for you to get your mind off of the lovesickness thing. Try a new hobby, or try meeting someone new. Hope you feel better soon. If you need someone to talk with or have any more questions inbox me!
