Is discharge after sex for a woman normal, if she does not have an std or if she is not pregnant?

Sure, totally normal. Your body will lubricate in case more is coming, as well as a natural discharge to clean out anything that may have gotten in there in the process.
If there is an odd color or odor, then it is not normal and should be checked out. Otherwise, don't worry about it.
