ok my name on morgan and i like this guy he tells me i am his every thing and that he loves me so much he cant stand it but wont go out with me and i no he dosent have a girl friend i am friends wih his friends and friends with him i just dont get it :(

I don't know what could possibly be his problem, there's a million of reasons this could be happening. For one, he might not have time. Guys can get really busy with sports, family, school, you never know but he could have a lot on his plate. But if he's saying he loves you and all this stuff, maybe you should just ask him what he wants to be? If he wants to be just friends, friends with benefits (if thats it dump his ass!) or in a relationship and see how he responds. He could be wayyy too nervous to even ask you, afraid you'll say no or something! I don't know, but my advice is to ask him what he wants, a relationship or just a friendship. Then you can just take it from there. Hope I helped (:
