First of all, if he said he didn't like you..that means he doesn't like you. You can't force someone to like you. How do you know he acts like he does? A lot of guy's are very confusing when it comes to knowing if they like you or not.

Usually guy's would love to have sex with a girl, however, if he doesn't like you, and he obviously made that clear, then..I really doubt sex should be a question here. But, if he did/does ask..it's all up to you. I don't know how old you are..but, if you're younger than 18..I suggest waiting because I see so many girls who didn't want to wait and regret it every single day. Having sex with someone (and he doesn't like you..) leads to so much heartbreak. In my opinion, maybe try waiting until you have a relationship with someone before you have sex with them.
