Dearest Nerissa, I have no idea why, but I have never had a serious relationship my entire life. It's not like I want to be single, it's just that guys never give me the chance to show them what I have to offer. What is even worse is the fact that I'm gay, so it's hard to pick em out you know what I mean? It's literally the most awkward situation when you hit on a straight guy and they try to be sweet and sincere but have this totally confused look on their face. help!

i cant say that i completely know what your feeling. i have never been in a similar situation and i cannot imagine how it must be.
you were made this way for a reason. So there must be a solution. you cannot hide the fact that you are gay. or even be ashamed of it. are you positive of your sexuality? have you ever thought of becoming bi? you should think about these questions before you think theres no hope.
Also if you think you are positive with what you want, Have you ever considered a dating site with only males in your area?. it sounds lame and cheap
but who knows. there are probably a lot of guys who feel the EXACT same way as you. and are waiting for a guy to find them on there. [ nerissa's advice column | Ask nerissa A Question ]
