how accurate? About eight weeks ago I had sex with my bf, and the condom slipped off. my period was supposed to be four weeks after it. About a week after it was supposed to come, i took two first response pregnancy tests and they both came out negative. I heard that First Response is one of the most accurate tests. So what are the chances that I could still be pregnant even though the two tests came out negative?

sometimes your body doesn't produce enough pregnancy hormonce to have it show up on a test...so some require a blood test.
see a doctor if it stilol don't come.
but it should of came up by now.
stop stressing cuz that can make your period even later or be the cause of the whole thing to begin with ]
Like Erinn said, there's always a chance it's wrong.
See a doctor just in case.
If you aren't getting your period, you are probably pregnant, or you're stressing about it.
So, just relax.
Next time, be more careful with the condom.

There is always a chance that the pregnancy test is wrong. One time I was watching this show "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" and the girl even went to get a doctor's test and it was still negative. And then BAM she had a baby.
However, the chances of that are slim to none. If you still do not get your period, you should see a doctor. You may really be pregnant or something else is wrong, which is why you wouldn't be getting your period. ]
it does say 99.9% accurate on the commercial doesnt it? so you have a .1% chance assuming its 99.9% accurate. ]
