If he wants to move because of a job..then you may have no choice but to move. If it does happen that you have to move..there are so many things you can do..long distance relationship, visiting eachother, and you can even go to CA for college and be with him their, you don't have to stay in Texas for college. If your dad wants to move for no reason at all..you may have a shot at actually staying. Tell your parents how you feel. Tell them you don't want to leave your boyfriend because you love him, and you don't want to leave your best friend either. Bring up the fact you want to go to UCLA. I'm not saying they'll decide not to move..but it's good you let them know this. Especially if you're interested in the college in CA..paren't usually love anything that has to do with education. But, all this may influence their decision. So, give it a try :).
