help! the american heart assosiation diet!! string beans drama!

ok so today is my first day on eht e3 day diet and for dinner along with 2 slices of mea 1 cup of carrots and a small apple and one cup of vanilla ice cream im suppose to eat 1 cup of string beans....well i have everything expect the string beans and i looked allll over for them in the supermarcket non frozen none fresh non canned im scared if i dont have it ill mess the whole diet up what is sumthing tht i can maybe replace it with tht does the exact same thing string beans does for your body nomore no less jus the same thing help me pleasee!!

any kind of bean, i believe will do. green beans, white green beans, black beans, kidney beans. they're all good for you.
