What are some good books by John Steinbeck?
What's the best John Steinbeck book? I've read the Red Pony and really liked it. I heard the Grapes of Wrath but was unsure if it was worth the read (is it?). I'd like to read some more of his books though. Any recommendations on what to read next by John Steinbeck?

Tortilla Flat was pretty good, if I remember correctly. Better than Of Mice and Men.

Of mice and men is a really good book and most kids read it in school during their freshmen or sophomore year

I read The Pearl, and it was good, but I didn't like it because I had to read it for school.
I'm sure if I read it outside, I would like it.
I'm going to read The Grapes of Wrath this summer, so I guess I can let you know how it is. I've heard two things: absolutely amazing or really stupid.
