help i need to lose this !

okay so last summer i was supppperr skinny and cute mostly due to a devistating break up where i ate barely anything everrrrr. i was so happy with the way i looked and i stayed that way until the beggining of this year where i ended up drinking and eating all the time and gained about 15 pounds. i lost 10 pounds and stopped dieting bceause i was happy with myself again and ended up doing the same drinking/eating all the time & stopped working out and gained the 10 pounds back in a matter of a month! im so pissed and so frustrated wtih myself that i lost it and now i gained it back! i am giving myself 2 weeks of doing nothing but working out/dieting to lose this 10 pounds. please give me advice or anything to keep me sane im so embaressed at myself. and i dont want to be seen or go out until this is lost or atleast most of it. and summer is almost over....
is it possible to lose 10 pounds in two weeks? any advice/diets/excersie routines? im 17 5'3 118 pounds want to get back to 108, or atleast 110. im going to run 30 minutes and walk 30 minutes every morning. weights 2 to 3 times a week. about 1300 calories divided into 5 meals, low carbs. ?!??!!

i agree with the last answer, also stick with it. you can't expect to stay at a weight if you're eating more than you can burn off. it's simple just don't over eat, stay full but not to a point where you can't breathe that way for your next meal you wont over eat and throw a little exercize into your day. simple things, like even a walk around your neighborhood is fine.

your weight is actually heathly. im 5'2 and should be at least 115-130. but your plan sounds good. just make sure you stay hydrated and dont starve yourself. whole grains, fruits, vegetables, protein, fiber. make sure you get enough of everything, good luck.
