The water will not kill sperm, however, if he only came in the water (meaning, NOT inside of you), then you really do not have anything to worry about. It is possible, however, chances are very very slim. I'm sure you're fine, but wouldn't recommend doing it again, just so you do not get worried or risk it.

If he cums in you, you can get pregnant whether you're in normal water or ocean water. If he cums into the water, it is highly, highly unlikely that you will get pregnant. The sperm would have to swim through the water and into your vagina. I'd say the chances of that happening are slim to none.
