Boy besfriend part 2

The guy i was talking to and me stoped talking before this instance started , but we decide to be friends with benfits but the rules are we arent allowed to TALK TO TALK TO anyone or mess around with anyone else , i told him what happen and now he said wont talk to me at all , and i said im sorry but he told me he dint care but why wont he talk to me ?
