Question Posted Wednesday July 15 2009, 10:46 am

I'm on birth control and my boyfriendand I when we had sex he ejaculated inside of me. How big of a chance do I have to get pregnant when that happens? I take my birth control every day but not the same time everyday. I really need to know.

It is advised to take your pill at the same time but if you dont it doesnt mean you are going to get pregnant, but it can confuse your body. maybe you could take your pill when you get up on a morning.

This next bit may be really confusing but i will try to explain...

If you take your pill at like ... 9am aslong as you take your next pill between 9am and 9pm you should be ok as you have 12 hours after 9am the next day to take it.

Hope i helped, if you need to ask me anymore questions just email me! Love Spice x

Hey,
It should be okay. As long as you take it everyday, it shouldn't really matter if it isn't the exact time as before. I take mine at random times each day, but I'm not sure. You shouldn't have to worry though!

1% to 5%, depending on whether it is a "typical use" or "perfect use" (assuming that you are not a smoker).

And with the description that you've given in your question, you are on a "typical use." So expect about 3% to 5% chance of pregnancy.

You might want to make it a habit to be a perfect user. That could decrease the chance of pregnancy to less than 1%.

Hey im on birth control as well and my boyfriend and i never use condoms and he always ejaculates inside of my almost every time we have sex. You're suppose to take it at the same time but as you i forgot or it slips my mind and i take it when i remember. I havent gotten pregnant from doing it and i've been doing it for about 6 months but everybody is different. Good luck!
